Join Clarizio Music's Rock Band - 6 Week Summer Program
The rock band is an opportunity for students who already know how to play their instruments to learn songs and perform with other students in a “rock band” setting. The students will be broken down into small groups and will work on playing their parts live with other musicians. Students will have the chance to learn modern and classic rock songs, and will build a set after learning several songs. We will also be having some local musicians and special guests stop in to teach and offer students’ performance advice.This Kid's Rock Band program is for students ages 8-18. Students should have some experience on their instrument. You do not need to be a student of Clarizio Music, however the focus of the rock band rehearsals will not be to learn individual parts but to put together the whole ensemble. Students are expected to be able to learn their parts, either on their own or with their private instructors.This summer we are offering a 6-week program. Students will meet once a week for 2 hours each session. At the end of this summer, the students will be performing in the Oceans of Love Benefit at Bay Head School on August 19 - so SAVE THE DATE! The program will continue in the fall with new performance goals.

- Open to ages 8-18
- Guitar, Bass, Vocal, Keyboard and Drums
- Basic Knowledge of Instrument Required
