Megan Meier-Titmas

Megan Meier grew up and went through the music program in Point Boro. After high school, she attended Monmouth University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Music and Special Education. She went on to receive her Master’s Degree in School Leadership-Principal from Monmouth University in 2019. Megan has been a Music Educator in Point Pleasant Boro since 2012 and is currently the 5th grade band director. She was the assistant band director for the award winning Point Pleasant Boro Competition Marching Band from 2012-2021. She has also played clarinet in many of the pit orchestras for the musicals. 

Megan loves working with beginning band students and watching them grow into accomplished musicians. There is nothing like hearing that first sound and seeing those light bulb moments! 

Megan lives in Brick with her fiancé Kyle- (another band director!) and their band loving dog Buddy.
